These are few scenarios that lead to loss of time as well as money.

Also, servers need to be set up  in 2 or more locations and this might be a big issue if any of it malfunctioned due to any calamity and because of that entire data will be lost.

Cloud is the most appropriate solution to this problem. With cloud based communication solutions there won’t be too much of downtimes and so client mostly or always will have the access to the system and there will be no disconnection. Also, there is very little chance of disconnection within the team working in different geographical areas. So the different teams working in different geographical areas can access the same system and discuss about any issues on a real-time basis, like they are sitting in one room.


All in all switching to the Cloud is way convenient, safer and cost effective option for SMEs in view of today’s globalised economy as one can access their data from anywhere 24/7 with just an internet connection and smartphones, tablet or laptops. Thus, with minimum resources involved SMEs can make huge profit.
